Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance.

Can I use my Health Saving Account (HSA)?

Yes, you can!

Do you have a physical office location?

No, at this time we provide telemedicine allows us to keep our prices affordable.

We offer services to Washington state, Oregon, and Nevada.

What type of diagnosis can be managed by primary care telemedicine?

Hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, depression, anxiety, controlled asthma, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, fibromyalgia, and others. 

What type of complaints do you see for urgent telemedicine?

Work notes, weight loss, skin infections, rashes, STI treatment (test must be done prior), dental infections, and others. We do not see acute abdominal pain, chest pain, acute back pain, or acute headaches. We do not prescribe controlled II substances. 

How can I make an appointment?

It is best to call or text us to make an appointment at (503)389-8947

Please if we do not answer, leave a message or send a text message with your name, urgent or primary care visit, and when you are trying to be seen. Please do not provide any other personal information, concerns, or complaints until we contact you which is typically within about 4 hours or sooner.
